Calvary Enterprise Development Foundation, (CEDEF) is a Christian based Micro Finance Organisation, classified as a Financial Non-Governmental Organisation, (FNGO) and registered under Act 179 of the Companies’ Code 1963 as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee. 

The mission of CEDEF is to provide Micro Finance Services at reasonable cost to enhance the holistic development of the businesses of the economically active-poor, marginalised or excluded groups, (especially women and youth entrepreneurs) who are committed to building sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families.

CEDEF’s Loan Funds shall be used for making small loans to poor and excluded groups who are determined to improve their own situation as well as activities that uphold sustainable communities. Clients are expected to apply the Loans such that they will be able to generate their own income so that they will be able to meet the loan and interest repayments as well as improve the businesses and the lives of the beneficiaries
